    All these years later it is still difficult for me to understand why Living Colour dropped off in popularity as fast as they did. “Times Up” was the follow up to their multi-platinum debut album “Vivid” and to my ears is the better album of the two, but it did not perform as well and the momentum seemed to slow down significantly for the band/5(85).
